All of the 1 and 2 bedroom residences available feature some of the largest floor plans available in Mineral Wells. Our rooms are designed for seniors to be comfortable and have both private and non-private bathrooms. We have an experienced and trained staff to serve the unique needs of our senior residents living in Mineral Wells. We encourage our employees to serve with compassion, kindness and patience. The selection of meals at Serenity Estates are the results of many years of experience crafting menus. Our cooking staff constantly strives to make sure the dining experience is the best in our community.

Michael Bates
While currently serving as the CFO of Serenity Estates, Mike has also had a wealth of experiences in real estate, service, contracting and auto sales. His friends lovingly refer to him as a "renaissance man" because of his wide breadth of knowledge.

Ryan Flint
As an experienced leader in education, Ryan is skilled in management, planning, technology, instruction, and development. Ryan has earned his master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a bachelor's degree from Lamar University.
